     You will need to go to the 'About' on your tool, this will be found in the 'My Device', 
    there will be a Product Serial Number and Register Password, 
    you will need this information to register your tool.

     I had to "Chat" with Autel Tech Support team and they had it transferred in 10 minutes. I did however try to just register it via the portal and it gave me an error.
